100 Banded

The 100mm Banded is achieved by using aluminium bars and box sections, which can be cut and installed to a bespoke layout within the 100mm aluminium profile system.

When installed, it is flush to the trackwork for enhanced aesthetics. The aluminium bar measures 25mm wide by 6mm thick and is bonded to the external faces of the glass using double-sided foam tape. The box section measures 59mm wide by 25mm thick, and is bonded internally to the glass. This works in conjunction with our aluminium bars to create a fully banded screen with a framed appearance, offering a sleek, professional finish within the 100mm aluminium frame system.

Banded screens can be complemented by a banded on-site glass door. This is achieved using 16mm x 1.6mm ‘U’ channel and 25mm x 1.6mm flat bars, which are part of the modular aluminium frame system, ensuring a cohesive design.

All components in the 100mm aluminium profile system are 3000mm long, providing flexibility for custom installations and design solutions.
