54 Banded

The 54mm Banded is achieved by using aluminium bars and box sections, which can be cut and installed to a bespoke layout. When installed, it is flush to the trackwork for enhanced aesthetics. The bar measures 25mm wide by 6mm thick and is bonded to the external faces of glass using double-sided foam tape. The box section measures 13mm wide by 25mm thick. It is bonded internally to the glass and works in conjunction with our aluminium bars to create a fully banded screen with a framed appearance.

Banded screens can be complemented by a banded on-site glass door, designed using 16mm x 1.6mm ‘U’ channel and 25mm x 1.6mm flat bars, both part of the modular aluminium frame system.

All components in the 54mm aluminium profile system are 3000mm long, offering flexibility for custom designs and applications within the 54mm aluminium frame system.
