54 Standard

The 54mm standard is a double-glazed aluminium profile system comprising a “1-part” aluminium U channel for use as a head and wall channel, and a “2-part” (chair and bead) aluminium trim profile used as a base and wall channel. Both components measure 54mm in width by 25mm in height and are fully compatible with other elements in the 54mm aluminium frame system, ensuring a cohesive and modular design.

The 54mm aluminium profiles come with a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal that accommodates either 10mm/10.8mm or 12mm/12.8mm glass trims. These aluminium trim profiles are ideal for use with both frameless and framed glass applications, offering durability and aesthetic appeal.

All aluminium trim profiles in this 54mm aluminium profile system are 3000mm long, providing flexibility for various construction and design projects.
