Sleek yet sturdy single-glazed 25-DF aluminium door frame, designed to accommodate doors up to 44mm thick or 54mm rebated doors. Suitable for frameless glass, framed glass, and timber doors, this versatile frame offers both durability and ease of installation.
Expertly mitre cut to bespoke sizes, the 25-DF aluminium door frame profile includes pre-drilled and counter-sunk holes at the head, internal locating mitre brackets, and an aluminium fixing plate for the bottom of the door legs. The frame also features a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal for sound insulation and a convenient clip-in section at the top for easier ceiling installation. It is supplied with a batwing seal for snug installation of the door and enhanced sound protection.
We provide a custom milling service for hinges and strike plates to meet customer specifications. Compatible with floor springs and all other 25mm aluminium frame system components, this aluminium door frame can be cut to a maximum length of 3000mm.

Each aluminium door frame is mitre-cut to bespoke sizes and supplied with pre-drilled, counter-sunk holes at the head, internal mitre brackets for alignment, and a secure aluminium fixing plate at the base of the door legs. The frame comes pre-fitted with a Q-Lon acoustic seal to improve sound insulation, while an included batwing seal enhances the acoustic performance and tightness around the door. A smart clip-in head section simplifies installation into ceiling structures.
Tailored hinge and strike plate milling services are available on request, allowing complete configuration flexibility. This aluminium door frame profile is also fully compatible with all components in the 25mm aluminium system – including 25-deflection, 25-deep, 25-2P, and 25-1P – and with standard floor spring mechanisms.
