30-DF – Single Glazed Aluminium Door Frame For Glass and Timber Doors

A sleek yet robust 30-DF single-glazed aluminium door frame, engineered to accommodate doors up to 44mm thick or 54mm rebated doors. Suitable for frameless glass, framed glass, and timber doors, this versatile system combines durability with straightforward installation.

Precision mitre-cut to bespoke sizes, the 30-DF aluminium door frame profile is supplied with pre-drilled and countersunk holes at the head, internal locating mitre brackets, and an aluminium fixing plate at the base of the door legs. It incorporates a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal for improved sound insulation, along with a clip-in top section that simplifies ceiling installation. A batwing seal is also included to ensure a secure door fit and enhanced acoustic performance.

A bespoke CNC milling service for hinges and strike plates is available to meet individual project requirements. Fully compatible with floor springs and all other components of the 30mm aluminium frame system, this door frame can be manufactured to a maximum length of 3000mm.

Available in RAL 9005, 9010, 9006, and 7018. Bespoke colours are available on request (POA).
