Slimline 25mm aluminium profile designed for creating a bespoke, banded aesthetic. Constructed from durable Aluminium 6063 T6, this 25mm bar measures 25mm in width x 5.8mm in thickness, with a length of 3000mm.
The 25mm Bar is installed flush to the trackwork, enhancing the overall visual appeal. It can be custom-cut and bonded to both faces of the glass using double-sided foam tape, allowing for a tailored layout to suit any design.
Compatible with aluminium channel for 10mm glass or aluminium channel for 12mm glass, this profile offers a versatile and high-quality solution for modern glass installations.

The 25mm aluminium bar is a slimline, decorative profile designed to create bespoke, banded designs in frameless glass systems. Manufactured from high-grade Aluminium 6063 T6, this elegant yet robust profile delivers exceptional performance in both visual detailing and structural support.
Measuring 25mm in width and 5.8mm in thickness, with a standard length of 3000mm, this aluminium trim is engineered for flush installation against the trackwork. It enhances the aesthetic quality of aluminium profiles used in partition systems, while maintaining a low-profile design that integrates seamlessly into contemporary interiors.
The 25mm aluminium trim profile can be easily cut to size and bonded to both faces of the glass using Tesa 62510 or Tesa 62505 double-sided foam tape. This allows for a flexible and bespoke layout — ideal for architects and installers aiming to create a distinctive banded pattern or visual grid.
Fully compatible with standard aluminium channel for 10mm glass and aluminium channel for 12mm glass, as well as system components like 16-channel, 25-1P, and 25-2P, the 25mm Bar ensures seamless system integration for a consistent, high-end finish.

We’ve specified the 25mm aluminium bar from Ace Partitioning Systems on several commercial projects to create banded glass partitions. The profiles are accurately cut, with clean edges and flush installation against the 25-1P and 25-2P channels. Bonding with Tesa double-sided tape was straightforward. Overall, the bar works best as part of the complete APS 25mm system, giving consistent visual and structural quality across multiple partitions.

we used the 25mm bar from ace partitioning systems on a couple of retail units, bonding to both sides of the glass. looks slick, easy to line up, no bits sticking out. goes well with the 25-1p base channels. small detail but makes a big difference visually. easy to cut and adjust on site.

We used the APS 25mm bars to enhance banded designs in an open-plan office. Flush installation against 25-2P verticals and 16-channel trackwork was easy, edges are neat, end caps fit without protruding. Minor adjustments on site were simple thanks to the lightweight profile. Works best integrated with the rest of the Ace Partitioning Systems 25mm system.
