The 100mm Box Section is an integral part of the 100mm banded system, designed to create a framed appearance when used in conjunction with our bars. This aluminium section for glass partitions is bonded internally to the glass, providing both structural support and a sleek, banded look.

The section fits effortlessly alongside components such as 100-1P, 100-2P, and 25-bar, forming a complete aluminium frame system for glass partitions that supports both function and form.
By using this aluminium channel for 10mm glass or aluminium channel for 12mm glass, designers can create a clean, professional finish across full-height partitions and banded glazed screens. It contributes to the overall rigidity of the system while maintaining the minimal, industrial look that defines high-end interiors.
Combined with Q-Lon acoustic seals in associated channels, this aluminium u channel for 10mm glass enhances both sound insulation and visual impact.
Standard RAL finishes include RAL 9005, 9010, 9006, and 7016. For customised colour finishes on your aluminium frames, bespoke powder coating is available upon request (POA), allowing full integration into any architectural design scheme.
