The 100mm Door Frame is a robust aluminium door frame profile designed for double-glazed systems, accommodating doors up to 44mm thick or 54mm rebated doors. It is suitable for frameless glass, framed glass, and timber doors, offering versatility for a wide range of applications. Can be used with a floor spring.
Material: Aluminium 6063 T6 for strength and durability.
The 100mm aluminium channel for glass doors features pre-drilled and countersunk holes at the head, internal locating mitre brackets, and an aluminium fixing plate for the bottom of the door legs. A pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal enhances sound insulation, while a clip-in section at the top allows for easy ceiling installation.
A bespoke milling service for hinges and strike plates is available as per customer specification.
Compatible with all other components in the 100mm system, this aluminium door frame for double glazing ensures a precise fit and reliable performance in any installation.
All 100mm aluminium door frames are cut to a maximum length of 3000mm.
Available in RAL 9005, 9010, 9006, 7016. For bespoke colours, please get in touch (POA).
