Each aluminium door frame is mitre-cut to bespoke sizes and supplied with pre-drilled, counter-sunk holes at the head, internal mitre brackets for alignment, and a secure aluminium fixing plate at the base of the door legs. These precision elements ensure fast, accurate installation and a professional finish.

Enhanced Acoustic Insulation and Easy Integration

The frame comes pre-fitted with a Q-Lon acoustic seal to improve sound insulation, while an included batwing seal enhances the acoustic performance and tightness around the door. A smart clip-in head section simplifies installation into ceiling structures.

Custom Milling and Full System Compatibility

Tailored hinge and strike plate milling services are available on request, allowing complete configuration flexibility. This aluminium door frame profile is also fully compatible with all components in the 25mm aluminium system – including 25-deflection, 25-deep, 25-2P, and 25-1P – and with standard floor spring mechanisms.
