30-Deep – 50mm Deep Aluminium Profile / U Channel For Single Glazed Partition

Single-glazed, one-part aluminium profile designed for use as a head channel, providing a deflection allowance of ±20 mm. With dimensions of 30 mm in width and 50 mm in height, this 30 mm aluminium U-channel delivers both flexibility and durability across a wide range of installations, particularly within glass partition.

Fitted with a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal, it is suitable for glass thicknesses from 15 mm to 19 mm, offering excellent sound insulation performance. In line with all components of the 30 mm aluminium frame system, the 30-Deep section is supplied in 3000 mm lengths and is fully compatible with the complete 30 mm profile range, ensuring seamless integration with the 30-2P aluminium channel.

This aluminium U-profile is ideal for creating strong, sleek single-glazed installations and is suitable for various architectural applications, including glass partitions and contemporary door systems.

Available in RAL 9005, 9010, 9006, and 7016. Bespoke colours are available on request (POA).
