The 100mm aluminium channel (100-2P) is a two-part aluminium section for glass partitions, consisting of a chair and beads, designed for use as a base and wall channel in double-glazed systems. It offers durability and acoustic performance, with the added feature of a removed infill section in the middle for easy installation.
Material: Aluminium 6063 T6 for strength and longevity.
Dimensions: 100mm wide, 25mm high, and 3000mm in length.
Seal: Features a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal, accommodating glass thicknesses of 10mm/10.8mm or 12mm/12.8mm.
Fully compatible with the 100mm system, the 100mm aluminium channel for 10mm glass and 100mm aluminium channel for 12mm glass is ideal for base and wall channel installations in double-glazed applications, offering exceptional acoustic insulation and a clean, precise fit.
