Double-Glazed Head Deflection Set
The 100mm Deflection Set is designed for double-glazed systems, offering a deflection range of +/- 25mm to accommodate structural movement while maintaining a secure fit. This set includes both male and female aluminium sections for glass partitions that work together seamlessly.

The 100mm aluminium channel for 10mm glass and 100mm aluminium channel for 12mm glass features a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal in the male section, accommodating glass thicknesses of 10mm/10.8mm or 12mm/12.8mm. The female section includes a pre-inserted brush to prevent scratching between the components.
Fully compatible with all components in the 100mm system, this double-glazed aluminium frame set ensures superior acoustic insulation and structural flexibility for both commercial and residential double-glazed installations. Each component measures 3000mm in length.
