The 54-1P is a durable aluminium channel made from high-quality Aluminium 6063 T6, designed for use as a head and wall channel in double-glazed systems. Measuring 54mm in width and 25mm in height, this channel is compatible with all other components in the 54mm system, ensuring seamless integration. It comes with a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal, accommodating glass thicknesses of 10mm/10.8mm or 12mm/12.8mm.
The 54-1P provides excellent acoustic insulation and a strong framework for double-glazing frames, making it ideal for both commercial and residential applications.
